Shape: If you require specific shapes for your parts and components, we can produce shapes that are square, rectangular, round, and asymmetrical.
Thickness: Parts can range from .002’’ (.005 mm) to .187’’ (4.75mm). Meanwhile, for flat and corrugated metal diaphragms, we can provide thicknesses between .0005’’ to .001’’.
Volume: We can manufacture anywhere from a single prototype to bulk quantities of as many as 5,000,000 products.
Precision: Part tolerances on custom cases can be as minimal as +/- .002’’ (.05mm) or +/- .0005’’ (.0127mm) for precision headers and .005’’ (.127mm) for drawn corner radii.
